If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your GMBK account and select 'Request Return' next to the relevant order to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the device in its original box with all manuals, cables, and accessories included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
